Belated Fathers Day

I feel completely horrible that I did not make time on Sunday to wish my amazing husband and Father a Happy Father's Day and to all the other wonderful fathers out there. My husband is such an incredible father. He truly shines with our daughter and it really warms me to see them in action. This goes the same for my father, who in light of his recent cancer diagnosis, continues to be his usual selfless, hardworking self. He has always been there for us and always put his family first. I know he will battle this cancer for himself, but I know my mother, and my siblings(and our families) and my daughter will be behind his determination to fight. So to the two most important men in my life..Thank you for all you do and continue to do every day. I love you both very much.

Hello Hez!
By the sounds of how you talk so well about your husband and father, it seems like it is Fathers Day every day with you.
A date on the wall doesn't mean a thing if you celebrate the one day and then don't give your dad any attention the rest of the year!
I am still praying for your dad Hez...Love from Terry

PS..I hope that your dad and husband see this beautiful post that you have written for them.
It is far better than some exspensive gift or card Hez!

Hi everyone,
I am so sorry I have not been on for so long. One of my very best girlfriends for years and years had an aneurysm rupture on June 20th and was finally removed from life support on July 8th and passed away. She left behind three beautiful daughters 13,12, and 9 and an amazing husband. So there has been hospital visits and prayers and last week, her services. I miss her so much. Its just so surreal. But I know she is here with us still. I do. My father has also started his chemo and radiation treamtents. Fourth Day in and he is doing pretty good. He is tired and appetite is decreasing, but he is working through it.Just keep him in your prayers, please. I hope everyone is doing well and hopefully this summer makes a quick turn around and some good things start happening!
